Working with external consultants FSPM is able to
identify, specify, tender and manage all building works on behalf of its
clients, including those falling within the section 20 consultation
process.
FSPM believes it to be of the utmost importance to
keep not only the client, but also the individual leasehold and freehold
owners fully involved in the process, having input into the scope of
works as well as being kept fully apprised throughout. This is
above and beyond any legislative requirement. It is, after all, those
owners who will be expected to meet the cost of the works and whose
homes and investments will be directly affected by the decisions made.
